1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Sorenaq, including the Sorenaq website, dashboard, connected-account features, and related services. By creating an account or using Sorenaq, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sorenaq.
2. What Sorenaq does
Sorenaq provides a unified workspace for connected work tools such as Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, tasks, meeting links, and AI-assisted workday summaries. Some features depend on third-party providers and may change when those providers change their APIs, permissions, or availability.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and use Sorenaq only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to access another user's account, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use Sorenaq to violate another person's rights.
4. Connected services
When you connect Google or Microsoft services, you authorize Sorenaq to access the data and permissions you approve through those providers. You can disconnect connected services at any time. Your use of Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Teams, or other third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
5. AI-assisted features
Ask Sorenaq may use artificial intelligence to summarize or respond to information from your connected workday. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to others.
6. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the information and content associated with your connected accounts. You grant Sorenaq the limited permission necessary to process that information solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that Sorenaq will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Beta or preview features may be changed or removed without notice.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Sorenaq to distribute malware, spam, unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, conduct unauthorized surveillance, probe or attack systems, scrape other users' data, or misuse connected-provider permissions. We may suspend access when necessary to protect Sorenaq, its users, or third parties.
9. Fees
Sorenaq may offer free and paid features. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be disclosed before you purchase. Taxes may apply where required.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Sorenaq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorenaq and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
12. Termination
You may stop using Sorenaq at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, prolonged inactivity, or material violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Sorenaq evolves. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or another appropriate method. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
